Monitoring and Management services for enterprise environments are designed to support effective problem detection, diagnosis, and resolution/remediation. These services are described in more detail below.

Sentient Group provides 3 levels of support on a per device basis:
Level 1 - Basic monitoring and Alerting
Level 2 - Monitoring and Remote management of devices
Level 3 - Monitoring and onsite support of devices

 
Supported Devices, Operating Systems and Applications:

Devices – such as routers, switches (layer 2 or 3), and load balancers

Operating Systems – such as Linux, Solaris, IBM AIX, HP-UX, Win2k, NT

Web Server Applications – such as MS IIS, Allaire Coldfusion, iPlanet

WebServer Applications – such as BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, ATG Dynamo, Oracle Application Server, Broadvision, messaging applications (TIBCO, MQ Series), MS Exchange, LDAP

Enterprise Applications – such as Siebel, Oracle Financials, SAP, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, GreatPlains, Lawson
